Put a spin on a tired snack with these “sushi” rolls.
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons jelly, jam, or preserves of your choice
- 2 slices of white or wheat bread
- With a rolling pin, completely flatten bread and remove crust.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of fruit spread on each slice of bread.
- Roll each slice into a tight spiral. Cut each spiral into 4 pieces.
