Super packed with fruit, this smoothie will turn you into a Super Sproutlet!
- Knife and cutting board
- 1 cup of low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 2 ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Cut the stems off the strawberries.
- Add all of the items into a blender.
- Blend the smoothie until nice and smooth.
- Pour smoothie into glasses, add a straw and enjoy!
