2 moon and stars
- Butter knife
- Star cookie cutter or knife and cutting board
- 1 whole-wheat English muffin
- 1 teaspoon trans fat-free margarine
- 2 slices low-fat cheddar cheese
- Cut muffin in half and toast both sides.
- Spread 1/2 teaspoon margarine on each half of English muffin.
- Cut 2 slices of cheese into star shapes.
- Arrange English muffin "moon" and cheese "star" on plate and serve.
