About 8 servings depending on size of avocado
1 red bell pepper
1 ripe avocado
Pinch of salt
Baked tostado chips
- Cut red pepper in half.
- Clear both halves of seeds.
- Peel avocado and cut into small pieces.
- Add avocado to bowl and mash.
- Cut lime in half and squeeze juice from each half into avocado mixture.
- Add avocado mixture to half of red pepper.
- Slice remaining red pepper in slices for dipping.
