Fall vegetables working together to make a power packed pizza
- 1 whole-grain bagel, sliced
- Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- Tomato sauce
- Green peppers, diced
- Onion, diced
- Tomatoes, diced
- Use a butter knife to spread tomato sauce on a bagel half.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of your sauce.
- Add vegetable toppings of choice.
- Heat the bagels in the oven until the cheese is nice and melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before you eat.
