Veggie meals are delicious and healthy. Create your own fall veggie Cornucopia.
- 1 flour tortilla
- Various vegetables: cucumber, bell peppers, carrots
- Cut your tortilla in half and then roll in to a cone shape. The rounded edge of the tortilla should be at the top.
- Wash, peel and slice your veggies in to long strips.
- Stuff the tortilla with your veggies to give the appearance of an overflowing cornucopia!
