Philadelphia, PA, February 8, 2006 - Chris D'Ablemont joins PBS
KIDS Sprout as Director of Ad Sales it was announced today by Frank
Ciancio, Senior Vice President of Ad Sales. D'Ablemont joins
PBS KIDS Sprout - the first and only 24-hour on-air, on demand and
online service devoted to preschoolers and their parents and
caregivers - effective immediately.
"Chris brings a wealth of industry experience and high-level
energy to PBS KIDS Sprout," said Ciancio. "His management
skills, industry, and keen ability to form long lasting
relationships with advertising partners will bring Sprout's
advertising efforts to the next level."
As Director of Ad Sales for PBS KIDS Sprout, D'Ablemont is
responsible for generating new business. In this role, he
oversees communication with agencies, buying groups and clients and
also works closely with departments within PBS KIDS Sprout,
including traffic, marketing, and programming.
D'Ablemont comes to PBS KIDS Sprout from five years at
Nickelodeon and Noggin where he was Account Manager and worked with
clients such as General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, Sony
Pictures, Georgia-Pacific (Dixie), Leapfrog and Coca-Cola. He
was responsible not only for ad sales efforts at those popular
children's networks, but also for ad buys for Nick Online, Nick
Print, Nick Consumer Products and Nick Recreation.
Additionally, he secured top advertisers and commitments for the
annual Kids Choice Awards.
Prior to that, D'Ablemont worked for Campus Pipeline, a
web-based college infrastructure company as Director of Advertising
Sales for the eastern region. He also guided and implemented
sales and marketing strategies for USA Network's national sales
force, first as an Account Executive and then as Manager.
D'Ablemont's previous experience includes nearly 12 years at
TeleRep, a Spot Television Rep Firm. There, he served as New
York Sales Manager, where he managed the number one billing team in
the country for the company, and also held positions as Senior
Account Executive and Senior Research Analyst.
D'Albemont, who is the father of a 4-year-old daughter, lives
and works in New York.

24-7 digital cable channel and Website (www.sproutletsgrow.com)
in September 2005. The network is available on digital cable
and satellite to over 18 million committed subscribers, with a
