Stay Safe
Do not include identifying info (your last name, address, etc.) in your photo, video, or caption.
Be Family-Friendly
Make sure all content is appropriate for a family audience.
Follow Tech Specs
Pictures must be in JPG, GIF, or PNG format and not exceed 5MB. To be shown on TV, images should be at least 600x800 (800x600 if landscape).
Videos must be in AVI or MPEG format and not exceed 100MB. Videos should be recorded at a minimum resolution of 640x480 and run less than five minutes.
