Instructions

1. Write the numbers of a clock around the outside of the paper plate.
   
   
2. Draw 2 arrows on the construction paper, making one arrow longer than the other.
   
   
3. With the help of a grown-up, cut out the arrow shapes.
   
   
4. Make a hole near the end of each arrow and in the center of the plate.
   
   
5. With the help of a grown-up, attach the arrows to the paper plate with the metal fastener.
   
   
6. Move the hands to indicate the time.
