Instructions

1. Roll the pieces of newspaper or tissue paper into a tube and secure with a piece of tape.
   
   
2. Tear slits in the tube of paper from the top to the halfway point of the tube, leaving space between each time you tear.
   
   
3. Holding the bottom of the tube with one hand, stick your other hand in the top hole of the tube and slowly start to pull up.
   
   
4. Watch your magic tree grow and grow and grow!
