Instructions

1. First, go find a big Sprout to cut a rectangle out of the black construction paper so that it looks like a traffic light. Make sure it’s small enough in fit into a book.
   
   
2. Then, ask your big Sprout to cut a circle out of each color of construction paper: red, yellow and green. Now, you have your lights.
   
   
3. Glue the circles onto your traffic light: red at the top, yellow in the center and green on the bottom. Does it look like the traffic lights you see on the road?
   
   
4. Have a grown-up help you write the words "Stop", "Slow Down," and "Go" on the appropriate colors, red, yellow, and green.
   
   
5. Ta-daaaa! You’re all done.
