Instructions

1. First, go get a big Sprout to come help. Ask them to cut the wrapping paper into strips and the paper towel tube into rings.
   
   
2. Tape the strip of wrapping paper to the inside of the ring. You’re going to want to leave the pretty side facing out.
   
   
3. Wrap the paper around the ring until the entire ring is covered.
   
   
4. Next, tape the other end of the paper strip to the ring.
   
   
5. Put your napkin inside the ring and presto, you’re all done! Make one for every person at your dinner table!
