• 2 Graham crackers
  • 8oz. yogurt
  • Banana
  • Plastic sandwich bag
  • Knife
  1. Crush the graham crackers in a plastic sandwich bag.
  2. Fill a cup with your favorite yogurt, leaving some room at the top.
  3. Pour the crushed graham crackers over the yogurt.
  4. Cut the banana length wise into long skinny slices. These slices are the worms!
  5. Add the banana slices on top of your parfait.
