- 2 Graham crackers
- 8oz. yogurt
- Plastic sandwich bag
- Crush the graham crackers in a plastic sandwich bag.
- Fill a cup with your favorite yogurt, leaving some room at the top.
- Pour the crushed graham crackers over the yogurt.
- Cut the banana length wise into long skinny slices. These slices are the worms!
- Add the banana slices on top of your parfait.
