Ingredients: 

 

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • Various vegetables: cucumber, bell peppers, carrots
Instructions: 
  1. Cut your tortilla in half and then roll in to a cone shape.  The rounded edge of the tortilla should be at the top.
  2. Wash, peel and slice your veggies in to long strips. 
  3. Stuff the tortilla with your veggies to give the appearance of an overflowing cornucopia!
