Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup of low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Supplies: 
  • Blender
  • Knife and cutting board
Instructions: 
  1. Cut the stems off the strawberries.
  2. Add all of the items into a blender.
  3. Blend the smoothie until nice and smooth.
  4. Pour smoothie into glasses, add a straw and enjoy!
