- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 medium seeded and diced tomatoes
- 1/4 diced red onion (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced orange
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple,
- 1/4 cup diced mango
- Salt (to taste)
- Tortilla or pita chips
- Mixing bowl
- Masher or spoon
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl
- Mix ingredients together. For a thinner salsa, mash lightly with a spoon or masher.
- Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
