Ingredients: 
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 medium seeded and diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 diced red onion (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced orange
  • 1/4 cup diced pineapple,
  • 1/4 cup diced mango
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Tortilla or pita chips
Supplies: 
  • Mixing bowl
  • Masher or spoon
Instructions: 
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl
  2. Mix ingredients together.  For a thinner salsa, mash lightly with a spoon or masher.
  3. Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
