Ingredients: 
  • Pitas, halved
  • Eggplant, grilled
  • Peppers, grilled
  • Zucchini, grilled
  • Carrots, grilled
  • Hummus
Instructions: 
  1. Grab a pita half and spread hummus into it using a spoon.
  2. Add eggplant, peppers, zucchini and carrots to the pita.
  3. Enjoy!
