• 4 oranges
  • 1 packet orange gelatin                                                
  • Water
  1. Cut the oranges in half crossways
  2. Squeeze the oranges and save juice.
  3. With a spoon, scoop out pulp while keeping skin intact
  4. Make up the orange gelatin as directed on the packet using the reserved juice as part of the water quantity
  5. Sit the orange shells, cut side up, on egg rings on a tray
  6. Fill the shells to the top with gelatin mix
  7. Refrigerate until set
  8. Cut each orange jelly in wedges to reveal an orange smile
