- Cream cheese
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Crushed walnuts
- Poppy seeds
- Blue tortilla chips
- In a bowl, mix and mash the cheddar cheese and shredded cheese with a fork.
- Chop an onion and add to the mixture.
- Squeeze lemon juice into the mixture.
- With your hands, roll the cheese balls into the size of a golf ball.
- Roll the ball in crushed walnuts, and again in poppy seeds to cover the entire ball.
- Break blue tortilla chips into the shape of wings, add one on each side.
