• Cream cheese
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Crushed walnuts
  • Poppy seeds
  • Lemon
  • Onion
  • Blue tortilla chips
  1. In a bowl, mix and mash the cheddar cheese and shredded cheese with a fork.
  2. Chop an onion and add to the mixture.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice into the mixture.
  4. With your hands, roll the cheese balls into the size of a golf ball.
  5. Roll the ball in crushed walnuts, and again in poppy seeds to cover the entire ball.
  6. Break blue tortilla chips into the shape of wings, add one on each side.
