Ingredients: 2 slices whole-wheat bread 2-3 slices tomato 1-2 tablespoons hummus or low-fat ranch dressing Shredded carrots Lettuce Supplies: Knife Serving Plate Toaster (optional) Instructions: Toast wheat bread, if desired. Spread either hummus or low-fat ranch dressing on bread. Sprinkle the shredded carrots on one piece of bread. Add lettuce, then tomato. Top with other piece of bread. Cut in half and enjoy!
