- 2 slices whole-wheat bread
- 2-3 slices tomato
- 1-2 tablespoons hummus or low-fat ranch dressing
- Shredded carrots
- Serving Plate
- Toaster (optional)
- Toast wheat bread, if desired.
- Spread either hummus or low-fat ranch dressing on bread.
- Sprinkle the shredded carrots on one piece of bread.
- Add lettuce, then tomato.
- Top with other piece of bread.
- Cut in half and enjoy!
