Ingredients: 
  • 2 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 2-3 slices tomato
  • 1-2 tablespoons hummus or low-fat ranch dressing
  • Shredded carrots
  • Lettuce
Supplies: 
  • Knife
  • Serving Plate
  • Toaster (optional)
Instructions: 
  1. Toast wheat bread, if desired.
  2. Spread either hummus or low-fat ranch dressing on bread.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded carrots on one piece of bread.
  4. Add lettuce, then tomato.
  5. Top with other piece of bread.
  6. Cut in half and enjoy!
