• 1 whole-grain bagel, sliced
  • Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • Tomato sauce
  • Green peppers, diced
  • Onion, diced
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • Oregano
  1. Use a butter knife to spread tomato sauce on a bagel half.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of your sauce.
  3. Add vegetable toppings of choice.
  4. Heat the bagels in the oven until the cheese is nice and melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool before you eat.
