Ingredients: 
  • 1 apple (makes about 9 apple pops)
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
Supplies: 
  • 9 4-inch lollipop sticks or thin craft sticks
  • Melon baller
  • Wax paper
  • Paper candy cups (optional) 
Instructions: 
  1. Use the melon baller to scoop out mini apple pieces.
  2. Slide a lollipop stick or thin craft stick into the center of each mini apple.
  3. Heat up 1 1/2 tablespoons of peanut butter for 45 seconds in the microwave, in a microwave safe bowl. Stir.
  4. Dip the mini apple pops into the peanut butter.
  5. Place the mini apple pops onto a sheet of wax paper or in individual paper candy cups.
  6. Let dry and cool for about 10 minutes.
