• 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons jelly, jam, or preserves of your choice
  • 2 slices of white or wheat bread                
  1. With a rolling pin, completely flatten bread and remove crust.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of fruit spread on each slice of bread.
  3. Roll each slice into a tight spiral. Cut each spiral into 4 pieces.
  4. Enjoy!
