• 1 teaspoon powdered unflavored gelatin
  • 3 oranges
  1. Cut oranges in half crossways
  2. Juice oranges (be careful not to tear the shells).
  3. Rest the orange shells, cut side up, in a muffin tray. Make sure they are sitting up straight.
  4. Measure 3/4 cup orange juice into a small jug. (Drink remaining juice)
  5. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the surface. Do not stir.
  6. Microwave for 30 seconds
  7. Stir until the gelatine is dissolved.
  8. Pour into orange shells and refrigerate until set.
