- Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- Berries, honey, granola, toasted coconut or other toppings
- Clear glass or plastic cup
- Whip up a protein-rich snack that your little athlete will love in just a few simple steps!
- Place a small layer of healthy toppings in the bottom – honey, berries, etc.
