• Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • Berries, honey, granola, toasted coconut or other toppings
  • Clear glass or plastic cup
  1. Whip up a protein-rich snack that your little athlete will love in just a few simple steps! 
  2. Place a small layer of healthy toppings in the bottom – honey, berries, etc.
  3. Spoon several tablespoons of your Greek yogurt on top.  Alternate until you’ve reached the top and you’re done!
