1 red bell pepper

1 ripe avocado

1 lime

Pinch of salt

Baked tostado chips

  1. Cut red pepper in half.
  2. Clear both halves of seeds.
  3. Peel avocado and cut into small pieces.
  4. Add avocado to bowl and mash.
  5. Cut lime in half and squeeze juice from each half into avocado mixture.
  6. Add avocado mixture to half of red pepper.
  7. Slice remaining red pepper in slices for dipping.
