Ingredients: 1 can creamed corn 1 can whole kernel corn 1 cup corn bread mix ½ cup melted butter 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup sour cream (optional) ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional) Supplies: Casserole dish Mixing bowl Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients, and mix well. Pour mixture into a 2 quart, square casserole dish. Bake uncovered, in casserole dish, for approximately 30 minutes. Let the pudding cool and set for 10 minutes after baking. Cut into squares and enjoy!
