Ingredients: 

 

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup corn bread mix
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream (optional)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Supplies: 

 

  • Casserole dish
  • Mixing bowl
Instructions: 

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine ingredients, and mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into a 2 quart, square casserole dish.
  4. Bake uncovered, in casserole dish, for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Let the pudding cool and set for 10 minutes after baking.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
