Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2/3 cup tomato pasta sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan
  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • 2 slices bread
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 roasted red pepper
Supplies: 
  • 1 stove pot
  • heart shaped cookie cutter
  • Baking dish
  • Food processor¬†
Instructions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit  
  2. Cook macaroni as per directions on the packet. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, use a heart shaped cookie cutter and cut shapes from the roasted red pepper. Reserve the hearts and chop remaining red pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, mix together the rest of the red pepper, macaroni, mozzarella, pasta sauce and some torn basil leaves.
  5.  Press evenly into the baking dish.
  6. In a food processor, add bread, Parmesan, basil and olive oil.
  7. Decorate with red pepper hearts.
  8. Bake for 20minutes until golden.
