Ingredients: 1 cup macaroni 1 cup shredded mozzarella 2/3 cup tomato pasta sauce 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan 1 roasted red pepper 2 slices bread 6 basil leaves 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 roasted red pepper Supplies: 1 stove pot heart shaped cookie cutter Baking dish Food processor Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit Cook macaroni as per directions on the packet. Drain. Meanwhile, use a heart shaped cookie cutter and cut shapes from the roasted red pepper. Reserve the hearts and chop remaining red pepper. In a baking dish, mix together the rest of the red pepper, macaroni, mozzarella, pasta sauce and some torn basil leaves. Press evenly into the baking dish. In a food processor, add bread, Parmesan, basil and olive oil. Decorate with red pepper hearts. Bake for 20minutes until golden.
