- 11/2 cup of cauliflower florets
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Potato masher
- Microwave-safe bowl
- Microwave cauliflower with water in a covered microwave-safe bowl for 5 minutes.
- Remove from microwave, drain well, and pat dry.
- Add butter and nutmeg.
- Mash to desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper (optional) and enjoy!
