Ingredients: 
  • 11/2 cup of cauliflower florets
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Supplies: 
  • Potato masher
  • Microwave
  • Microwave-safe bowl
Instructions: 
  1. Microwave cauliflower with water in a covered microwave-safe bowl for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from microwave, drain well, and pat dry.
  3. Add butter and nutmeg.
  4. Mash to desired consistency.
  5. Season with salt and pepper (optional) and enjoy!
