Supplies:
- 1 paper plate
- Cotton balls
- Crepe paper streamers (in various colors)
- Tape or stapler
- All-purpose white glue
- Safety scissors
Instructions:
- Glue the cotton balls to the center of the paper plate to look like clouds.
- Using safety scissors, cut long pieces of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple crepe paper streamers.
- Attach the streamers along the edge of the paper plate with a stapler or tape.
- Now you have a beautiful rainbow to look at anytime you want, day or night!
