Supplies:
- Sponge
- Drinking straw
- Construction paper
- Tape
- Safety scissors
Instructions:
- With the help of a grown-up, cut the sponge into any shape you want.
- Ask a grown-up to help you cut a triangle with one long side, one short side and a long diagonal side out of the construction paper.
- Tape the long side of the triangle to the straw to create a sail.
- Ask a grown-up to cut a hole in the center of the sponge and place the straw in the hole you made.
- Put your boats in water and have fun sailing!
