Nina shows you how to make a very special memory box by decorating a shoe box with colored paper.

How To Make This Craft

Supplies

  • 1 shoebox with lid
  • Colored construction paper
  • Markers or crayons
  • Glitter glue
  • Decorations (glitter, sequins, pom poms)
  • All-purpose white glue
  • Tape
  • Safety scissors

Instructions

  1. Cover the shoebox and lid with pieces of construction paper and glue or tape them into place.
  2. Decorate the box with markers, crayons, glitter glue and anything else you would like.
  3. Place photos, souvenirs and anything else you have a special memory of inside your box.
  4. Hide your box in a safe place. When you open it, it'll be a wonderful surprise!
