Supplies:
- Black or orange gift bag
- White or black construction paper
- Markers, crayons, glitter, or any other craft materials
- All-purpose white glue
- Safety scissors
Instructions:
- Using safety scissors, cut out a ghost or bat from white or black construction paper to fit on the front of the gift bag.
- Glue the picture onto the front of the gift bag.
- Decorate the gift bag how you like it.
- Now fill the bag with all of your favorite Halloween treats!
