Supplies:
- Jumbo-size silver baking cups
- Bath confetti
- Poofy bath sponges
- Clear cellophane bags
- Ribbon
- Safety scissors
Instructions:
- Place a jumbo-size silver baking cup in a clear cellophane bag.
- Place a big, round poofy bath sponge into the baking cup. Turn the sponge so that the string is covered on the bottom.
- Sprinkle bath confetti over the top of the bath sponge to represent sprinkles and tie closed with ribbon.
- Trim ends with safety scissors if needed.
